A list price is a maker’s published price. A copay is the part a patient pays through insurance. A self-pay price means paying outside insurance.

A useful cash-price range, with limits

On September 26, 2026, maker cash offers checked for Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro, and Foundayo mostly ran from about $149 to $499 per month. The price depended on the medicine, strength, and offer terms; it is not a quote for your care.

For example, tablet offers for Wegovy, Ozempic, and Foundayo started at $149. Mounjaro pen offers started at $499. Ask for the price of the exact medicine and strength being offered to you.
